How do I unsubscribe (cancel my subscription)?

  1. Open Subscriptions on your mobile device
  2. Tap AR Drawing
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If you see Your subscription will expire soon or Your subscription has expired, it's cancelled and won’t renew.

We can’t perform the cancellation on your behalf as it’s Apple that manages your subscriptions and payments.

If you signed up for a free trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. For further assistance on the account cancellation, we recommend you refer to Apple Support.

How do I cancel a pending payment?

Unfortunately, as it’s Apple that manages your subscriptions, we can’t review your pending payments. Therefore, we kindly suggest you refer to the Customer Support of Apple to get all the assistance you need to find a solution for your pending payment.

How do I cancel the payment?

If the payment has been deducted but you do not wish to use AR Drawing, you can apply for a refund.

  1. Access this webpage
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
  3. Tap I’d like to > Choose Request a refund
  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund > Next
  5. Choose the purchased item > Submit

Unfortunately, we don’t manage your Apple subscriptions and payments, so we cannot issue refunds or other related information in these cases. You’ll be updated by Apple within 48 hours. For further information on Apple refunds, we recommend you refer to Apple Support at the bottom of this page.

Why was my subscription automatically renewed after the free trial?

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Can I start a free trial more than once?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to try Ar Drawing more than once. If you have tried AR Drawing in the past, it will not be possible to start a Free Trial again.

How can I get a refund?

If you purchased a AR Drawing subscription on the App Store:

  1. Access this webpage
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
  3. Tap I’d like to > Choose Request a refund
  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund > Next
  5. Choose the purchased item > Submit

How to subscribe to AR Drawing?

  1. Open AR Drawing.
  2. On the home screen tap on the setting section in bottom bar.
  3. Tap on the button Become a Pro.
  4. Choose the plan that suits you best.

How do I switch to a different subscription?

When switching to a different plan, your new subscription will begin after your current subscription expires.

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions > AR Drawing > See All Plans
  4. Select a different subscription by tapping it and confirm your purchase by following Apple's instructions you'll be prompted

Can I transfer my subscription to another Apple ID?

Currently, it's not possible to transfer subscriptions across different Apple IDs. Each subscription is linked to a specific account. Therefore, you're welcome to cancel your ongoing subscription and re-subscribe using your new Apple ID. To cancel your subscription, simply follow these steps:

  1. Open your device's Settings
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel
  5. Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription

For further information on your subscription, we recommend you refer to Apple Support: they'd be happy to help you out.

How can I restore my subscription (access from another device)?

  1. Make sure you use the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. Otherwise, the app won’t be able to retrieve and reactivate your previous payment
  2. Open AR Drawing and tap Already purchased when prompted.

Your previous subscription will be automatically restored
